I started testing out a new concept where I get paid to post about different subjects. I’m sure many of you are interested in how I Get Paid For Blogging. It’s really easy. Just check out the website. Getting paid on it actually reminds me of what it must be like to be a waitress. My waitress friends always loved that they got a chunk of change each day in tips. Almost every day a chunk of money is transferred to my PayPal account. It’s sweet. I still find it an amazing concept that people would pay money for me to blog about them.
I don’t know about you, but I’m cheap and don’t like to give money to almost anything. Honestly the only thing I am willing to dish out dough is for high speed internet. Call me an addict, but even my wife has realized that high speed internet is something that she can’t give up either.
I guess there are a few other things that I don’t mind spending money on. First, is for someone to make me FOOD!! Who doesn’t like to eat? I also don’t mind paying money for someone to watch my son so I can go out with my wife. In fact, I can pretty much spend money on anything that will make my wife happy.
Tonight there are 2 interesting reality shows going on:Rockstar Supernova and Last Comic Standing. I think there’s no question which one will be watched and which one will be watched during commercials. Last Comic Standing is 100 times better than Rockstar Supernova. Although, don’t get me wrong. I am glad that Rockstar Supernova is on tonight because it will be a great show to flip to during the commercials. I hate when I don’t have a second show that I can flip to.
The flip principle doesn’t apply to shows like Law and Order because you have to stay focused on the show. However, in reality shows you can flip all you want. Now if my remote would just finally get the channel recall button I would be even happier. I was just wondering what happened to picture in picture. That use to be all the hype in TV’s, but I haven’t heard about it for years.
Here’s my predictions that you can take to the bank:
On Last Comic Standing Michele Balan is definitely going HOME!! She should have gone home before. Reading the entertaining Last Comic Standing blog I realized that maybe she had some risky content that got cut from the show, but people in the audience liked. Either way, it’s time for her to hit the road.
I work with a doctor that is just completely fascinated with cars. I swear the man is addicted to Car and Driver Magazine. Sure, I can see why someone can love all the new technologies that are being used in cars. However, he reads and looks at different cars all day long. I think he prefers cars to women. I guess that’s cool to have a passion.
Maybe I’m just jealous that I don’t drive as nice a car as him. I guess I’ll have to start reading Car and Driver Magazine too.
I’d been wondering for a while how they were going to handle the ending of So You Think You Can Dance. Luckily I found a description of what’s going to happen:
It’s “Wednesday Night Fever” as SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE gets closer to naming America’s favorite dancer. Only four contestants will make it to the final showdown in the two-part season finale airing on two consecutive Wednesdays, Wednesday, Aug. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Wednesday, Aug. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
In part one of the season finale on Aug. 9, the Final 4 will perform in hopes of winning America’s votes. After the show, viewers will have two hours to cast their votes for their favorite dancers.
On the night everyone has been waiting for, part two of the season finale on Aug. 16, the voting results will be revealed and America’s favorite dancer will be crowned. The winner will dance away with a $100,000 cash prize, along with a new car and a one-year contract with Celine Dion’s Las Vegas show, “A New Day.”
But who cares about that? We have one more show this Wednesday to worry about. Until then…
